Letting Flats   Our prices start from £90 per week for a studio flat to a 2 bedroom flat from £155 per week. All flats are in good condition and have laminated flooring, double glazing, gas central heating. However most of our tenants remain in these flats once they take them. They are on one year fixed term contracts and we take only working professionals. 1 month rent and 1 month deposit is required prior to moving in. No DSS. We do not take tenants with children or babies or who are students. These are self contained flats with their own British Gas metre, EDF Electricity metres, LBN Council Tax and Thames water Rates.

CONDITIONS OF STAY FOR TENANTS

Paying Rent by Monthly Bank Standing Order. No Cash or BACS payments accepted.
 
1 month deposit and 1 month rent payable prior to moving in.
 
All tenants must email or provide photocopies of the following prior to moving in- Passport, Photo Driving Licence (Full or Provisional), 3 mths latest payslips, 3 mths latest original bank statements, work acceptance letter, previous landlord reference.
 
Fill, sign and date the Pre Tenancy Agreement and Conditions of Stay.
 
Sign One Year Fixed Term Tenancy Agreement. No notice is accepted to move out on this contract.
 
Keys will not be provided till this process is complete.
 
This process normally takes 2 to 3 weeks to complete.
